@Library is Urbanworks first ground-up, multi-family development located in the East Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles. Located next to the historic Cahuenga Branch Library, it is one of the first projects to take advantage of the transit-oriented communities (TOC) program to provide 16 apartment units in a walkable, amenity-rich neighborhood of Los Angeles. The units are organized around two central courtyards, providing natural light, air, and indoor/outdoor living in the heart of the building. A common terrace on the fourth floor provides views of the Hollywood Hills and the Griffith Observatory.
