Urbanworks managed the build-out of Airbnb’s third headquarters building in the SOMA neighborhood of San Francisco. The project, performed over two phases, consists of a major renovation of the existing building’s atrium, adding several interconnecting stairs, a new entrance, a large AV wall and other related improvements. Tenant improvements include open office areas, project and huddle rooms, open collaboration areas, and other specialty improvements such as a screening room, a recording studio, a full service kitchen, and other food service areas.
