He managed projects in Los Angeles and later in San Francisco, where he established the firm’s Bay Area office. In addition to the implementation responsibilities at Aurora, he was one of the main principals in charge of establishing a new development division within the company, where he directly sourced and underwrote several multi-family and commercial office deals.

Brent joined Urbanworks to focus his career on “place-making” – envisioning, designing and delivering inspired projects that preserve and enhance the local community.
Ben joined Urbanworks’ San Francisco team with the desire to integrate thoughtful, high-quality design into urban living and work spaces. Over the past decade, Ben has worked in real estate design and development, including financial analysis, architectural design, entitlement, construction, and purchase and sale of both residential and commercial properties. His work includes ground-up and rehab projects in Miami, Washington, D.C. and San Francisco.
This diverse experience allows him to anticipate and address obstacles during all stages of a project. Outside of the office, Ben enjoys cycling some of the country’s best scenery.
Dana moved to Los Angeles from the San Francisco Bay Area after receiving her degree in Communications, and quickly found that construction and development were something of a passion. Previous experience as an architectural office manager meant she was well-prepared when she took on the role of assistant project manager and administrative at Urbanworks. Dana enjoys being able to see a project progress from inception to move-in. She quickly grasps problems and efficiently solves the minute to the substantial, and her ability to retain facts helps her both in the office and at trivia night.
